Safer Internet Day was a global event on the 7 February 2017 and had the theme 'Be the change: unite for a better internet’. Legal Advice Centre students used this opportunity to drive an awareness campaign on campus at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) about revenge porn and the illegality of sharing intimate images without consent.

SPITE (Sharing and Publishing Images to Embarrass) is a free legal advice service provided by the LAC to anyone who has been a victim of 'revenge porn', or subjected to the 'sharing and publication of images to embarrass' by another individual.
